Upgrade xorm to 1.3.4 (#27807)

Noticeable change: 
Remove the `OrderBy("1") `
[patch](https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/27673#issuecomment-1768570142)
for mssql since xorm has [fixed
it](0f085408af).
