Replace all calls to os.Remove/os.RemoveAll by retrying util.Remove/util.RemoveAll and remove circular dependencies from util.

Move langauge detection to separate module to be more reusable
Add option to disable vendored file exclusion from file search
Allways show all language stats for search
Instead of just adding test generated files to .gitignore prevent
them from being produced in the first place.
